Thursday, December 12, 2024 is the last day to place an order to have it arrive by December 24, 2024. Any orders received after this date, we unfortunately cannot guarantee it’ll make it to you on time.

We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered on time. However, please be aware that due to increased shipping volumes and potential carrier service delays, there may be slight disruptions during the holiday season. While some of these delays are beyond our control, as they depend on the service providers we work with, ordering ahead of time is the best way to avoid disappointment.

Remote locations and PO boxes
In most cases, we're unable to ship to postal (PO) boxes. Please contact us to see if we might be able to make special arrangements if you can't provide us with a street address for delivery. If you have a remote address, feel free to add that to the comments of your order so we can get in touch if we expect any complications with delivery.
For you folks in the far reaches of Canada, primarily Yukon, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, QuickShip is not available, and our Standard Shipping timelines apply.
Ordering 9+ cases
Safety first! If you’re ordering more than 9 cases, your order may be affixed to a pallet for delivery to keep all that product nice and safe during transit. Processing of larger orders, including rollstock and pallet stretch wrap, can take longer than 48 hours and delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed, but we target Standard Shipping timelines. Our team will be in touch with you at every stage of this process to keep you up to date on your expected delivery. If you require a timeline quote prior to ordering, please contact us and we would be happy to discuss!
Delivery requirements
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery windows throughout the day. If you have specific delivery needs, including the need requirement of a lift gate, please get in touch with us to discuss further. If you do require a lift gate, we’ll need to charge you a small additional fee for that service.
Changing, cancelling, or refusing your order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your changes before the item has left out warehouse. If the item has already shipped, we cannot change your order. Please refer to our returns policy to understand what to do if you need to return your item.
If we attempted delivery and an item is refused, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges that are incurred.
Custom packaging projects have contractual obligations and are managed by specific terms. Please see your contract for further details on changing or cancelling an order.
Special order / Request a quote items
Some items are special order or require certain order minimums at our manufacturing facilities. When an item is a "Special Order", you will be offered the ability to Request a Quote on the product page. Additional preparation and shipping lead times apply and will vary by product. In these cases, we'll discuss with you and arrange timing and cost for delivery on an order-by-order basis.

You’ve placed your order, now what?!
1. First up, if this is your first order, give yourself a little pat on the back for making the switch to plant-based. 🙌 If you’re back for more, great to see you again! 😊
2. You’ll receive a confirmation by email that outlines your order after you check out. Please review the details to make sure we got your order right.
3. Once your order is ready to leave the warehouse you will receive another email with your tracking information. We ship with a variety of third-party carriers and select the provider that will get to you fastest, so follow the instructions in that email to track your package with the correct courier. For some large orders, shipment tracking is not available, but we will stay in touch with you to provide updates on order progress.
4. Confirmed orders eligible for QuickShip will arrive 2-3 business days after it leaves our warehouse. For those orders that are not eligible for QuickShip, they’ll arrive approximately 7-10 business days after it leaves our warehouse. 5. Once your order arrives, give it a little inspection and contact us if it is in less than perfect condition.
