Tariffs & Cross-Border Shipping
At good natured®, we’re committed to making sustainable packaging accessible and affordable. To minimize the impact of tariffs, we maintain manufacturing and warehousing facilities in both the U.S. and Canada, proactively managing inventory to fulfill orders without incurring additional fees whenever possible.
For most online orders, there are no changes to pricing or shipping. However, in cases where a product is only available from a warehouse across the border, tariffs may apply. If this affects your order, we will notify you in advance with options to proceed.

Delivery requirements
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery windows throughout the day. If you have specific delivery needs, including the need requirement of a lift gate, please get in touch with us to discuss further. If you do require a lift gate, we’ll need to charge you a small additional fee for that service.
Changing, cancelling, or refusing your order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your changes before the item has left out warehouse. If the item has already shipped, we cannot change your order. Please refer to our returns policy to understand what to do if you need to return your item.
If we attempted delivery and an item is refused, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges that are incurred.
Custom packaging projects have contractual obligations and are managed by specific terms. Please see your contract for further details on changing or cancelling an order.
Special order / Request a quote items
Some items are special order or require certain order minimums at our manufacturing facilities. When an item is a "Special Order", you will be offered the ability to Request a Quote on the product page. Additional preparation and shipping lead times apply and will vary by product. In these cases, we'll discuss with you and arrange timing and cost for delivery on an order-by-order basis.
