We understand that when you place an order, it's important to know when it'll arrive. We currently ship to all lower 48 US states, Alaska and all Canadian provinces and territories, but we cannot guarantee delivery times to Alaska, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and Newfoundland and Labrador, and other rural areas (additional fees may apply to remote areas). Many products are marked with an "Add To Cart" button for immediate purchase and will leave our facilities within 24-48 hours (that's 1-2 business days) after order confirmation. Your order should arrive within 3 business days after it leaves our facilities, with our included quick shipping.
You will receive an email with carrier specific tracking information once your order is processed and ready for shipping, usually within 24-48 hours (that's 1-2 business days) of completing your order. This email will allow you to link to the shipper for detailed information about the status of your shipment and expected delivery timelines. If you do not receive an email from us with this information, please do not hesitate to get in touch so we can provide you with the information.
Some items are special order or require certain order minimums at our manufacturing facilities. When an item is a "Special Order", you will be offered the ability to Request a Quote on the product page. Additional preparation and shipping lead times apply and will vary by product. In these cases, we'll discuss with you and arrange timing and cost for delivery on an order-by-order basis.
In most cases, we're unable to ship to postal (PO) boxes. Please contact us to see if we might be able to make special arrangements if you can't provide us with a street address for delivery.
Many orders are shipped using FedEx, however we also use other carriers from time to time if they offer better service for your particular order or location. For example, some orders may arrive in an Amazon-branded box if there's stock of the item(s) you've purchased in an Amazon warehouse close by. These orders often arrive at lightning speed, which is pretty awesome! :-)
