(the “Company” or “good natured®”) (TSX-V: GDNP)is pleased to announce that Salil Munjal, Paul Antoniadis, Jim Zadra and Michael Thomson were re-elected as directors of the Company at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”) held on June 26, 2018. The other matters put forward to shareholders at the Meeting were also approved, namely the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company’s auditors, and the ratification and approval of the amendments to the Company’s 2017 omnibus equity incentive compensation plan, as described in more detail in the management information circular relating to the Meeting.
